1. Data controller
[Autiqo Solutions, full legal name and registered address] is the data controller for the personal data collected through this website (referred to as "Autiqo"). For any question about this policy or to exercise your rights, you can write to contacto@autiqo.com.
2. What data we collect
Autiqo only collects personal data when you choose to share it, through:
- Contact form: name, company (optional), email, phone (optional), and the message you write.
- Express consultation: once payment is active, billing and payment data will be processed directly by Stripe (see section 5). Autiqo never receives or stores your card number.
- Direct email or WhatsApp: any information you include when writing to us through those channels.
This site does not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or analytics tools at this time. We do not automatically collect browsing data beyond the standard technical logs kept by our hosting provider (see section 7).
3. What we use your data for
- Responding to your questions and requests for information.
- Coordinating and delivering the express consultation or other services you hire.
- Sending you the executive summary or recommendation agreed upon after a diagnostic session.
We do not use your data to send you marketing without your explicit consent, and we never sell it to third parties.
4. Legal basis
We process your data based on your explicit consent (by checking the box on the contact form) and, once a business relationship exists, on the performance of the contracted service.
5. Who we share your data with
Autiqo does not sell or transfer your data. We only share it with the providers necessary to operate:
- Stripe (payment processing for the express consultation), acts as a data processor under its own Data Processing Agreement.
- [Your email/CRM provider, e.g. Google Workspace], to receive and manage contact form messages.
- Hostinger, our hosting provider, which hosts the site's files.
6. International transfers
Autiqo serves clients in Massachusetts, Florida, and Venezuela. Some of the providers mentioned above (such as Stripe) may process data on servers located outside your country. In those cases, we rely on the contractual and security safeguards those providers offer.
7. Security
The site is served exclusively over HTTPS and applies standard security headers (Content-Security-Policy, X-Content-Type-Options, X-Frame-Options, among others) to reduce the risk of common attacks. No payment data ever passes through or is stored on Autiqo's servers.
8. How long we keep your data
We retain contact form data for as long as there's an active conversation or business relationship, and for up to [define a period, e.g. 24 months] after the last contact, unless you request its deletion sooner.
9. Your rights
You have the right to request at any time:
- Access to the data we hold about you.
- Rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Erasure ("the right to be forgotten").
- Objection to or restriction of processing.
- Portability of your data to another provider.
To exercise any of these rights, write to contacto@autiqo.com.
10. Cookies
This site currently does not set tracking or analytics cookies. If we add tools like Google Analytics or advertising pixels in the future, we'll add a cookie notice to request your consent before activating them, as required by applicable law.
11. Children
This site is aimed at business owners and professionals; it is not intended for anyone under 18.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our practices change. The date of the last update appears at the top of this document.
